We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. User Content and Predictions

By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your predictions and user content for purposes related to operating and improving the Service.

How Predictions Are Used

• Stored Data: Predictions include your selections, locked points, timestamps, and tournament associations
• Scoring: Predictions are automatically scored after events are settled
• Leaderboards: Your performance is aggregated for tournament rankings
• Analytics: Predictions may be used in anonymized form (e.g., "45% of users picked the underdog") for platform insights
• Historical Data: Old predictions may be archived for record-keeping and compliance

Social Content

If you post chat messages, comments, or other social content:

• Your content is publicly visible to other users
• We may moderate content for violations of our policies
• You retain ownership but grant us license to display and distribute it
• We may remove content that violates our Terms of Service

• Active Accounts: Data retained indefinitely
• Deleted Accounts: When you delete your account, your data is immediately hidden but retained for 28 days in case you change your mind. After 28 days, deletion becomes permanent and irreversible.
• Legal Requirements: Some data may be retained longer for legal compliance
• Anonymized Data: May be retained indefinitely for analytics
