Delete Your Fancast Cup Account
Fancast Cup respects your right to delete your account and associated personal data at any time.
How to request account deletion
You can delete your account directly in the app:
- Open Fancast Cup
- Go to tab Rewards → Account
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion request
If you cannot access the app, you may also request deletion by contacting us via the support form on our website, using the email address associated with your account.
What data will be deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be removed:
- Account credentials (email, username)
- Profile information (avatar, preferences)
- Predictions and tournament participation history
- Points, XP, badges, and achievements
- Chat messages and community activity
- Device and usage data linked to your account
Data retention period
After you request deletion:
- Your account data is immediately hidden and deactivated
- Data is retained for up to 28 days to allow account recovery and prevent fraud
- After 28 days, all personal data is permanently deleted and cannot be restored
- Some anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for analytics and legal compliance, in accordance with our Privacy Policy
Guest accounts
Guest accounts do not store personal data. Deleting the app removes all locally stored guest information.
